- 1 package large flour tortillas
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 jar salsa

Let’s get cooking!
Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 375°F
Step 2
Heat 1 Tbsp oil in sauté pan on med-high heat. Add steak and onion to pan and cook, seasoning with salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. Cook until desired temperature, set aside.
Step 3
Build Burrito: Lay one tortilla out. Spread layer of refried bean, then a layer of rice/bean mixture. Pile with steak and onion mixture and top with desired amount of cheese and salsa. Fold the burrito starting with the sides, then roll until there are no openings for meat to escape.
Step 4
Top with optional mild green chili or enchilada sauce. Pile more cheese on top. Place on a sheet tray and bake for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted on top.
Step 5
Serve with side of sour cream and guacamole.
