DiLuigi Foods is one of the most trusted food manufacturing companies and has a team of culinary experts who works continuously at developing new products and flavors based on current trends in the marketplace.  We review restaurant, retail and foodservice trends in an effort to develop products that not only taste good, but products that will perform in the marketplace.  Each product concept goes through extensive R&D including taste, texture and color development; optimal packing and shelf life testing.  Often products go through many cycles, slowly making changes until reaching the peak of perfection before being released to the marketplace.
