- 4 DiLuigi® Chinese sausages, sliced ½ inch thick
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 lbs. new potatoes, yellow or red soft skinned potatoes, quartered
- 2 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1 small onion, diced
- ¼ cup chopped parsley
- Salt & Pepper as needed
Let’s get cooking!
Heat large oven-safe skillet on stovetop over medium heat, add oil.
Put sausage in skillet and brown on all sides.
Add potatoes to skillet. Brown potatoes and sausage in preheated 350°F oven until potatoes are tender.
As soon as the potatoes are tender, toss in chopped parsley, onion and garlic. Bake an additional 5 minutes. Serve. Season with salt and pepper as needed.
