Grilled Chinese Sausage Skewers with Pineapple and Peppers

You'll need

  • 1 package DiLuigi® Chinese Sausage
  • ½ fresh pineapple, large dice (canned or frozen pineapple chunks)
  • 1 red pepper, large dice
  • 1 yellow pepper, large dice
  • 1 Spanish onion, peeled, large dice
  • Oil as need to coat vegetables
  • 12 count 10 inch skewers

Let’s get cooking!

STEP 1:

Soak skewers in water while you prepare your vegetables.

STEP 2:

Toss vegetables with vegetable oil, just enough to coat.  (Note: Too much oil will cause flare ups and char your skewers.)

STEP 3:

Alternate sausage, fruit and vegetables onto skewers.  Place on grill.

STEP 4:

Grill until cooked through, turning every few minutes to prevent charring.
