  • 1 medium onion, small diced
  • 2 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp salt
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Jar Tomato sauce
  • 1 box no boil lasagna sheets
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 ½ cup shredded mozzarella
  • 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • Cooking spray
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)

Let’s get cooking!

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375*F

Step 2

Heat a deep sauté pan with the extra virgin olive oil. Once heated, add onion and garlic over med-low heat, season lightly with salt.

Step 3

Once onion has become tender, add shaved steak to the pan. Add ½ tsp of Italian seasoning to meat, and season lightly with salt and cook until browned through.

Step 4

Once meat is cooked, add 1 ½ jars of sauce to the pan, and mix until heated through. Also add the Parmesan cheese and shut off heat.

Step 5

Spray a deep dish pan with cooking spray. Dollop some ricotta on the bottom and cover with lasagna sheets. Spread more ricotta onto the sheets of pasta and then layer with meat sauce mix.  Add pasta and layer again with ricotta then meat sauce, or until there is no more product to layer.  Top off with mozzarella cheese.

Step 6
